Before Shipment:

- If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at madrasbommaikadai@gmail.com

- We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has not been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 10 percent of the paid amount will be deducted to cover processing and administrative costs.

After Shipment:

- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy outlined. once you receive the package.
